BTW, related to this, I was looking into whether PA has similar laws to CA's on older drivers. It turns out we do! Family members and doctors can recommend older drivers get re-examined. But, even better, anyone can report incompetent drivers to (717) 787-9664 or write to:

@ jonaweb - can you do that report by license plate?


It would be nice to get one or two of the drivers I see on teh streets re-tested evey once in a shile, y'know?

The web site doesn't say that. You could call the number and try.

We really need a way to connect license plates to drivers. With all the computer geeks who are also cyclists, it's a wonder no one can do this.
