2nd City of Pittsburgh comprehensive plan survey: Open spaces, parks, recreation
Here's another one, that will help determine the next 25 years of city planning. they have one for the kids too, 10-17 year olds. lots of questions about bikes, trails, etc.

Done. Though, the 18+ survey isn't as racy as I thought it would be...
My two suggestions when asked my thoughts:
1. Transplant the County's shows up at Hartwood Acres into the city parks.
2. Dissolve the URA, and provide a better framework for residents, community groups and businesses to cultivate vacant lots.
