I saw that last night too and stopped to see if it was locked, which it is, with a U-Lock (I thought?)
It looks like it's in pretty decent shape, shiny chrome

Abandoned Bike? Orange Varsity
I've seen the same orange Schwinn Varsity along the Eliza Furnace trail for 2 days now. At first I thought it was locked up, but upon closer inspection, it's unlocked and looks to be abandoned.
Sorry, I don't have a pic, but it has straight/riser handle bars with purple brake levers. Also, the saddle says BMX along the side.
It's resting along side a bench about a half mile from the Hot Metal St bridge going towards downtown.
Thought I post this in case anyone had a bike like this stolen. I'll try to get a picture uploaded later today.

it's been there for at least four weeks now. It has a u-lock through the frame to the bench.
