I didn't know John Stephen was a cyclist - I thought he was a pedestrian advocate. AAMOF, I thought he was legally blind. Maybe the John Stephen in the Trib article is a different guy?

A friend of my neighbor is legally blind, and rides a bike. I guess he can see, just not very well.

"On maps at a public hearing Wednesday night Downtown, the consultants had highlighted roads that were either dangerous or presented opportunities for improvements as bike routes, like Campbells Run Road in the west, Dorseyville Road in the north, Allegheny River Boulevard in the east and McLaughlin Run Road in the south."
