apartments for rent with bike parking - East Liberty / Highland Park area
Hi Everybody - I'm a bike-pgh member and I sometimes post on here.
I am developing a run down old building in East Liberty into quality apartments. The second floor rented to a woman last week who bike commutes and she doesn't have ideal bike parking. While renovating the first floor I'm going to create indoor, secure parking for bikes. Also, I'm going to remove the rear asphalt car parking lot and make a small patio space and ultimately a garden and fruit tree orchard.

The 3rd floor is available as of May 1st. It is less traditional than the the unit in the photos above in that it is a studio loft with an open floor plan and IKEA cabinets and fixtures. It will be $600 / month.
The 1st floor apartment is going to be a 1 bedroom and completely renovated similarly to the unit in the photos. The goal for move-in is June 1 for that unit and rent will be $650/month.
