bike-friendly, train-free camping near PGH?

I'm looking for advice for a family biking-camping trip. We're hoping to find some place close to Pittsburgh that (a) is near good, family-friendly bicycling, and (b) isn't near trains.

We went out to the RoundBottom campground on the GAP last year and enjoyed the spot very much, until we tried to sleep and were woken several times by the trains on the far side of the Yough.

Are there any good places that are reaonsably nearby and quieter? Is the Ohiopyle state park near enough to hear the trains? Any other suggestions?

thanks!

If a three and a half hour drive isn't too far, try the Greenbrier River Trail in WV. It's more scenic, far fewer people, lots of small rural roads off of it to make great loops and avoid the monotony of rail trails. It also has a few state parks along the way w/cabins and campgrounds and showers (recommend Seneca St. Forest, in particular) if you want some further options for quiet camping.
