Per complainant:
"Coming up Greenfield Ave (from 2nd ave), I noticed at the third telephone pole before you get to Kaercher (including the pole at the intersection) there is a long metal cable hanging down into the street. Not far into the street, but a cyclist riding near the curb could easily get caught in it. (Especially if suffering from a decrease in mental sharpness from climbing up Greenfield.) So that's just below Kaercher, on Greenfield. Thanks!"
