this all depends on the size and weight of your frame. though most frames are pretty light so that's not a huge issue. i'd call the post office and see what oversize is, if you can get your frame box on under that size normal ground should be under forty bucks. I imagine the wheels would be the same deal. If you are oversize try UPS instead they have better rates for larger stuff.
cost of shipping a frame (including a box) with and without wheels
whats the difference in shipping costs for a frame with and without wheels. (to arizona)
thanks in advance
Thick charges $50 for breaking down a bike, packing and providing the shipping supplies. They would probably be a good resource to ask about how much actual shipping is.

ok, i thought there would be a standard number... my friend wants his bike shipped to AZ but it has shitty wheels that he was going to upgrade and if it was cheaper by a lot to just send the frame/fork he was into that.
i'll call icb in the morning!
IF
you can get it in a 108 box (36x28x8) it is only 24
bucks priority mail.
I paid 32 dollars the other day. plus 10 insurance
on an 800 dollar frame (Bling!)
i think fed ex is cheapest right now. it's not so much the weight that makes it expensive, but the size of the box. i've shipped a guitar amp before for less than a frame. about 40-50 lbs, compared to sub 10. it's the size of the box. but good ol' rob lo recently shipped a bike fedex and it sounded stupid cheap.
thats what i figured... it should fit in a tiny ass box... thanks!
