there were five of us. we did a half lap around oakland in twenty minutes, then called it a ride.
highlight:
my friend working at ali baba's as hostess looks outside because her bus boy is yelling about these crazy bikers. she realizes that three of the five people on bikes are her best friends.

Me and a friend rode up the southside trail across the hot metal and down the jail trail to the smithfield street bridge, across that and up the incline. Took us a good couple hours to complete.
