some of it is already down marking the boundary between the motor vehicle lane and the bike lane between frankstahn and lrrrimerr... maybe to negleh run.
East Liberty Blvd is getting re striped this week
be on the lookout. just wanted everyone to know because they have to do some eradication first and didn't want people freaking out that they are getting rid of it.
intersections will be improved, and they'll be using thermoplastic instead of paint this time.

Great! The section from negley to collins was getting really bad (I ride it all the time).
I love riding this stretch of road when I stop at Whole Foods on my way home. It's a touch out of the way, but East Liberty to Hamilton is much more pleasant and low stress when compared with Penn Ave. It's worth the couple extra minutes. Drivers don't seem to mind it either. Penn Circle is another story.
penn circle is supposed to be turned into two directions soon. not sure when
Really?! I've been hoping that was coming soon. While I'll miss my quick route down to Whole Foods...it will be so nice to go down Penn Circle East to the Giant Eagle. Provided people remember that it's two ways and don't drive the wrong direction. That'll be...interesting.
Update: old lines have been eradicated. New lines will be striped today unless it rains.
So funny. It hasn't rained in ages and it looks like it is going to rain today.
