The wife and I are driving down to Ohiopyle tomorrow morning do a little riding.
Foliage ride on the GAP
Just as an FYI:
According to PA's Bureau of Forestry, this weekend will be the peak time to see all of the leaves that have changed colors in Ohiopyle on the GAP trail.
I did a Connelsville to Confluence ride around this time two years ago, and it was really something to see.
I'm pressed for time this year, but I'll be doing Connelsville to Ohiopyle Saturday (tomorrow) morning if anyone is interested.

My friend and I are starting in Connelsville at 9am... up to OP for ride around / bite to eat and then back.
I've got too many commitments this weekend, but I may go next weekend. FYI: as of Sunday (the 10th), I didn't see any evidence of leaves turning yet along the GAP (YRT).
Glorious colors in the Mon valley out my window right now. The Yough is likely similar.
Yeah, the last couple days things just started to go!
I'm pretty sure the higher elevations (like ohiopyle) are in full bloom. It's amazing how different things are over short distances. I work in Greensburg, and there is almost no green left on the trees....
