Fully Enclosed Chainline

Hello folks, I have to make a chainline that is as close to fully enclosed at possible for work, we are going to be making a handcrank generator where all kinds of fun things like hair and clothes are going to want to get caught up in the gears... I am having trouble finding one of these that we can purchase, I was wondering if y'all could help me. I have found lots of bike that have fully enclosed drivetrains (eg. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gear_case) but I'm having trouble finding them for sale independently of the bike, and for a 52+ chainring. Any help is appreciated!

Fabricate something... Just cut out the shapes you need from plexiglass and glue them together! Use strips of aluminum for the bendy parts that make up the width... everything available at homedespot :)

I think handbuilding is going to have to be the answer, I like the VO all aluminum one but $90 is a bit steep for this project considering all the other costs. I think I'm going to just build it out of acrylic. I had found the chainglider earlier and it would totally work if it came in the 52 tooth size!
