Glad the cyclist isn't hurt. If the red lemond in the photo is the bike in question, he or she is spectacularly lucky. That is a decent amount of damage. Looks like the bike was actually been run over.

Shouldn't be hard for the gumshoes to track that one down. I can't think of any street in Pittsburgh that might have more cameras pointed at it.
