The other day BSNYC posted the following: wsj suks This got me thinking... maybe someone could create a mask bearing a recognizable likeness of Dorothy Rabinowitz's head (hopefully more creative than an 8.5x11 inkjet print taped to your forehead). A crowd of people wearing such masks would make for an ideal naked bike ride. Who knows, it could make the evening news. (Just trying to cause trouble...)

Portland was planning on 8,000 riders. They may have gotten 10,000. Organizers had a permit, and arranged for porta-potties, so needed to raise roughly $4,000. How'd they pull that off? With some help from the Portland Art Museum, by having an admission fee of $1 per item of clothing worn, for the opening of a bike-themed exhibit. We really need to step up our game in this town.
