I dunno. Holy cow was pretty much my first thought. Then "holy sh*t" when they slowed it down, and finally "Jee-suss Key-riest!" when they really slowed it down.

at least there wasn't a lion chasing it.

That guy took the impact like a champ! This *could* happen in Panther Hollow or the Forbes bike lanes, I suppose...

Looks intentional on the critter's part. I wonder what sort of threat he thought the bicyclist was. I'm actually surprised the animal didn't turn to finish him off.

same thing happened to me twice, first by a squirrel, then by a rabbit.

It was def. intentional. I'm also surprised he didnt get a concussion, that helmet was effed.

Side note totally almost had this happen to me on the motorcycle the other night riding through Schenley. Luckily I saw them in time and they weren't trying to intentionally demolish me.

I think the local news said he did get a concussion. I have to admit that I laughed. I feel kinda badly about that. But i am glad the guy is mostly ok.

I had a deer run out in front of me in highland park last year. I believe i laughed at that, also. Some animals aren't smart. I should have my cat talk to other animals and teach them to not run into traffic or onto paths.

if i let my cats talk to them, they would learn to run out in front of you and stop right where your foot is about to come down on your next step. or pedal stroke, i imagine, but i haven't done any biking around them.

see if my cat were to talk to them, they'd run away from anyone unfamiliar, but then when they know someone, they immediately smother them.
