Moving sale, lots of bikes + bike parts

Hey guys, gotta sell a bunch of bikes and bike stuff. Bike Pittsburgh members get a discount! Some of the stuff is gone/spoken for already, sorry about that... should have posted here first instead of on CL :-/ I'm going to try splitting it into multiple replies because I keep trying to post and no thread shows up.

First, my titanium do-it-all commuter bike. I built this bike up a few years ago and have used it extensively in all kinds of rides- long-distance and to the store; slow and fast. It's an incredible bike but I am moving to a place where having 5 bikes is impractical (!). The frame is a Performance titanium frame from the 90s - some people say it was made in Chattanooga, TN by Litespeed/Lynskey, others say it was made in Taiwan with a lot of the other Ti bikes of the time. Either way, the welds are beautiful and it's a lightweight frame built to last forever. One really nice thing about the frame are the rare mounts for a rack or rear fender - this makes this bike very well suited for commuting, too. I stripped the decals off as soon as I got it to give it a sleek and understated look. I also taped over all of the decals on the components with Gaffa tape for the same reason, and to theft-proof it. The frame's top tube is just under 58cm center-center and the seat tube is just over 58cm center-center. Here's how the bike is build up:

- Kestrel EMS Pro carbon fork

- FSA 1" threadless headset

- 3T Zepp stem with titanium hardware, 120mm with a bit of an angle (more like a 110mm horizontally)

- 3ttt Forma SL handlebars, 44cm

- Double handlebar tape for maximum comfort!

- Shimano Dura Ace 7700 9-speed shifter/brake levers - some road rash, and the top caps are damaged a little bit. Purely cosmetic; they shift great and you can replace the top caps for around $15.

- Shimano Ultegra 6500 brakes

- Mavic Open Pro wheels with Shimano 6500 Ultegra hubs and DT swiss spokes

- Continental 4 Season tires - these need replacing soon, I will include spare tire

- Titanium skewers with allen-key release (good for theft-proofing)

- Trek interchange rack and rack-top back can be included

- Shimano PD-A520 SPD touring pedals

- Shimano Ultegra 6500 crankset with 53/39t chainrings

- KMC x9 9-speed chain, new

- Shimano Dura Ace 7700 rear derailleur

- Shimano 6500 font derailleur

- Serfas ARC Pro seat

- Shimano Ultegra 6500 cassette

As I've said, I love this bike and it's hard for me to let it go. I'd love to pass this on to someone who will love it as much as I do!

Next is an aluminum road bike I built up. This bike's frame was originally a Lemond Chambery but I recently stripped the paint to give it a sleek and raw look. It's built up with mostly Shimano Ultegra components and rides great. The frame is 58cm square, which means 58cm top tube center-center and 58cm seat tube center-center. Here's how the build breaks down:

- Shimano Ultegra 6510 9-speed brake lever/shifters, a little road rash but work great. They are missing their top caps, which can be had for ~$20 online and are purely cosmetic. I can replace them for you if you want.

- Shimano Ultegra 6500 9-speed rear derailleur, the previous owner used the wrong cleaning product on this so it's a little ugly but again shifts great.

- Shimano Ultegra 6500 brakes, in perfect shape

- Mavic Open Pro wheel with Shimano 105/Ultegra hubs, DT swiss spokes and Ultegra skewers

- Ritchey Pro aluminum seatpost

- Scott components stem, 110mm, new

- Scott components handlebar, 44cm, new, with new Fizik bar tape

- Scott components saddle

- FSA Gossamer compact crankset with 50/34t teeth to get you up those hills

- Shimano Tiagra 4500 front derailleur, I can replace this with an Ultegra FD if you want - you can get used 6500 front derailleurs for ~$15 on eBay

- Nashbar carbon road fork

- Generic SPD-compatible pedals I can include if you want

- Shimano HG-93 chain, new

- 1" threaded headset with Origin 8 adapter so you can use 1 1/8" stems but also freely adjust the stem height

- Shimano CS-5600 cassette

- New cables and cable housing

This bike is light, rides + shifts great, and because of its subtle looks would be safe to lock up, making it suitable as a superfast commuter. Please feel free to email with any questions.

BIKE PARTS!

- No-name stem, 100mm or so, 1 1/8" steer tube clamp, 26.0 or 25.4mm handlebar clamp, maybe 10 degree rise? $5

- Magnetic adjustable flywheel for bike trainer. I don't know what brand or trainer this goes on, maybe you could use it to build your own trainer.. $FREE

- Shimano R600 right compact crank arm, 175mm. Ultegra/105 level, for Shimano Hollowtech bottom brackets. The chainrings are 50/34, the 34t chainring probably needs replacing. If you have a Hollowgram crankset, this is nice because you can convert it to compact by just swapping out the crank arm, and it's cheaper than buying the whole crankset. $30

- Old bike gloves, for large hands. $FREE

- Vintage campagnolo seatpost! Pretty beat up, but adds instant vintage swag to your bike. 27.2mm. $15

- Shimano Ultegra SPD-SL pedals, 6600 series I believe. Pretty beat up. $30

- Seatpost clamp with integrated cantilever brake cable hanger. For 27.2mm seatpost, 31.8mm clamp size I believe, $5

- Specialized quill stem, 100mm or so. $10

- Shimano braze-on derailleur clamp adapter. Seems to be 35.0mm. Kind of nasty looking but perfectly functional. $3

- Shimano quick release skewers, a little nasty around the edges, $5

- Steel toe clip cages, no straps, $FREE

- Shimano Deore LX triple front derailleur $10

- Nitto noodle 44cm, not heat treated, in pretty good shape - some mounting marks. $45

- Nitto noodle 46cm, heat treated, in pretty good shape - some mounting marks. $55

- Nitto moustache, heat treated, in great shape, comes with the perfect amount of virtually unused bar tape with plenty of stickiness $60

- Shimano 8-speed chain, could be HG-70 or HG-91. I bought this in a pinch when I was on a long bike trip, used it maybe a few hundred miles, in great shape. May work with your 7 or 9 speed drivetrains too but no guarantees! $10

- Yakima bike rack. Works fine, can accomodate up to three bikes but two straps (for one bike) are missing. It's also a bit rusty, which could be an issue... $FREE

- Lifu Prontool bike tool kit. This is a pretty sweet generic kit, it's the same as some of the older Nashbar and Performance bike tool kits, just different branding. Wrenches, cassette tool, BB tool, allen keys, chain breaker, chain whip, etc. etc. Most of what you'll ever need. Has been used plenty but still in good shape. SOLD

- Pedro's cable cutter. Only used a tiny bit, in as-new shape. SOLD

- Park tools CT-3 professional chain tool. SOLD.

- Pedro's tire lever, 2 of them. $FREE

- Generic chain tool that looks positively wimpy in comparison to the CT-3. $FREE

- Pair of Continental CityRIDE tires. 700x37 beefy tires perfect for your hybrid/touring/commuter bike. Plenty of life left, maybe 1000 miles at the most. $30

- Pair of Continental CONTACT tires. 700x37 flat-proof tires perfect for your hybrid/touring/commuter bike. Fewer than 1000 miles, great shape, $40

- Pair of Michelin Orium grey/black tires. SOLD

- A wheelset that came on a bike I bought on Craigslist a while back. I believe the rims are Alexrims DC19 and the hubs are Formula. These are great wheels for a commuter bike. I used these on the GAP/C&O trail and broke a few spokes on the rear wheel while riding through the pothole-ridden C&O trail. I had the spokes replaced and had them trued by a shop along the way for $80 (what I'm asking for them!). I haven't ridden them since because I got a different wheelset. All that is to say that I would trust them in on the potholes of Pittsburgh with some weight, but I wouldn't trust them along a dirt trail with a fully loaded (very heavy) bike.
