If you make it out that way, there's some sweet rolling hill rural roads between Trexlertown and Kutztown. Just look out for the horses and buggies.

There is a Velodrome to be constructed in Neville Island. Last I heard slated to be done in November 2013.

Have you been to the Washington oval on Washington blvd? Can probably get some practice there, although, I hear there is a bit of a hill in the middle of the track there.
