If you're going to continue supporting OSC sites, it may be more worthwhile to either take time to train your in-house staff or hire someone with experience. It sounds like a one-time job now, but it'll likely be a recurring task.

@ joeframbach Yeah, I agree. What I would rather do is talk all OSC site owners into upgrading to a newer technology.
