The DCNR site used to have an interactive map that not only included rail trails but the disposition of all railroad tracks in the state. You could look at a section of track and see who owned it and whether it was active. A great resource for people looking to turn abandoned or inactive into trails.
They changed their maps and that resource was no longer available.

@Kordite, I am glad to know I am not the only one who misses the old abandoned railroad map on the DCNR website.
I wonder if it can be found on the Wayback Machine. It would help to have the original URL -- in a bookmark, perhaps?
