I have problems with PM also the only way I can send a PM to someone is if I reply to one they have sent me. I often don't get notifications of PM's

If I click on the private message link on this page, I can send a message. If I click on your name and go to your profile page and then click on the private message link there, I can't. Go figure. LOL

Over the last month I've tried to send a PM and thought I did but nothing appeared to the recipient, and I've also had the same experience when somebody sent me a message and I never got an email OR had a message in my queue on the message page. And yet, sometimes it works as advertised.

It does seem intermittently unreliable.

pm notifications almost always go to the spam box for me. salty, can you do anything about that?

Ha - assuming you mean gmail, you can set up a filter (pull down menu on the right -> filter messages like these) and tell it to never sent it to spam. Or, if you click "not spam" on a few of them it should learn - they don't go to spam for me, even without a filter.

The links have always been broken in the way headloss described.

Back to the OP, I seem to remember another recent thread about notifications being broken and/or there being some profile setting, but I can't find it.
