I remember back in the olden days, Timbuk2 used to include a CD of San Francisco messenger punk with their bags.

Pretty impressive. The first punk go-round was pretty much averse to any physical activity, I haven't been able to think of any references. Pogo-ing and vomiting were pretty much it for exercise, bikes weren't even on the radar.
