Stolen Bike - Greenfield
On Friday night, my bicycle was stolen from my front yard in Greenfield. I lost a loved-one last week - we were busy moving her belongings into our house and had moved my bike, which is usually covered and locked on our porch, into our front yard to make room while we moved her things in. It was stolen that night and we filed a police report. My bike was a metallic green and silver Trek Verve Hybrid. It had a drink/bottle holder on the center bar, ergonomic grips, and a little gold bell on the right handle bar.
There was an old bike ditched in the bushes by our house. I suspect that someone was riding by and decided that my bike looked much better. Please keep your eye out and if you see anything that fits the description of my bike – let us or the Greenfield/Sq. Hill Police know. I figure this is not likely to help much either, but it can’t hurt to put the word out…

Humans are creatures of habit, if that is how it played out, then the kid is likely to ride a similar path (maybe a street or two over) at around that same time of day. With luck, you'll run into your bike!
