Can you post a photo elsewhere? Then right click the photo to grab the link. It should start with "http" and end with a ".jpg" or similar extension related to photos (gif, png).
When you have that, come back here and enter exactly that in a reply here. Type the following exactly, but exchange less-than and greater-than signs for the left and right square brackets.
