Also I don't understand the comment ranking algorithm, why do his comments end up near the top? Is it due to so many people responding to his idiocy?

I saw the door threat post, and responded by quoting the law (Sec. 3705), adding a line that he could kill someone by doing that.

Probably you should take it to Facebook also since all comments are made through them.

the fun thing about facebook is that if enough people report an account as a fake, they will automatically ban the account without review... it takes faxing facebook a copy of your identification to undo. ;) Sadly(?), the reason that I can't see/read the comments is due to having facebook-connect blocked on all of my browsers. The only visible comments are the ones posted by fb friends which show up in my feed.

Yeah, his name is Strahsmeier (not Strahs) and he lives in Rochester. 58 years old. I posted the same yesterday and it got removed, probably when they cleaned up his comments.

It looks chronological to me, the first comments are at the top... and the crackpots wake up early.

Strahsmeier went to LaRoach College? I thought that was just a motel. Maybe he meant LaRoche? I sympathize, life can be confusing for some of us...

Sometimes they sort by "social ranking", which I think means by number of likes and responses. You can choose to sort chronologically, though, and for me at least this seems to be the default.

Today he threatened essentially to kill me. He said that he would "pull me over" and he also said that if I feel like I am equal to him on the road that he challenges me to a "head-on collision with his car" and to see how equal I feel "mangled in his rear tires." Somehow, the ability of your car being able to kill a person makes one tougher... utter stupidity. Unfortunately, I didn't do a screen grab and it was deleted. Most drivers seem to have one issue such as impatience, entitlement, anger, ignorance, and the list could go on. This guy apparently has them all. Although, I seriously question how often he even has to interact with bikers.

Mjacob- My $.02- point out his comments to both the PG and to local law enforcement authorities. I do realize these are posted anonymously, but the PG should at least do something. And if you are found mangled in someones rear tires, they left a paper trail which was pointed out in advance. I believe that if this were Florida, you might be justified by defending yourself at this point by using a weapon.

The PG must be well-aware of it because his comment was almost immediately removed along with my follow up comment which just stated that he had threatened to hit me with his car(so it wasn't deleted by him). I'll consider the report to law enforcement although I'm not sure what good it would do since the comment has been removed. The guy is just a buffoon with nothing better to do. He knows he's wrong because he is unwilling to listen to any reason so he just keeps plugging away with his unfounded and unture beliefs. My favorite quote is that he has never once seen a biker stop at a stop sign or signal in his 30 years of driving or that bikers increase overall healthcare costs which is backwards on so many levels it's mind-boggling.

It appears he has been banned following his threatening comment.
