My sister-in-law is looking for a cheap, used trainer. Anyone have one cluttering their basement?

Thrift Store on ORB at Elizabeth (in Avalon) had a Mintouro/a magneto trainer (similar to the one above) outside with their bikes last weekend. It looked to be in fair to good condition. Parts all seemed to work. The price was $19.95, but it might be on the half off list by now.
