This looks like a genuinely nice bike, nice lugged frame, good crankset. Put on a rack and fenders and you'd still be close to your $100 target:

WTB: new (to me) bike!
I am moving to NYC in a few weeks and need a new (to me) bike. I'm looking for a beater so that it won't attract the eye of too many potential thieves/ if it gets stolen, it won't be a huge loss.
I currently have a 21" bike, so it'd need to be around that height. Ideal features would be mixte, non-dropped handlebars, fenders, and a rear rack, but none of those are dealbreakers. I'd ideally spend $100, but am willing to spend more.
Anyone have any leads for me? Thanks!!
