Size?
I have a 51cm that I replaced with a bike that actually fits me. I stripped it down, and planned to sell it re-assembled w/o paint (it's aluminum).
I'm looking for a used, fixed gear to convert to a commuter while I wait for all the 2012 freestyle frames/completes to come out. I come from a BMX race/street background and this will be my first bike with larger than 20" wheels in 10 or 15 years, so my expectations aren't too high.
I'm pretty much looking everywhere and figured I'd post here as well in case anyone had any leads. I'm trying to keep it under $350 and will be buying within a week (depending on when I get paid (freelancer)). It doesn't have to be extremely rugged, and mainly just something to ride around while I decide if fixies are for me (though, I think they are).
Thanks in advance for any leads!

That's right... Size matters with these affairs. haha...
Let's see, 55 to 60 would probably be the most comfortable range at 5'11" with 31-32" inseam.
@Nick D is that just the frame or a complete bike?
You won't fit on a 60 with a 31" inseam.
55-60 is a huge range.
^hmmm... Hey man, what do I know about track bikes?
So yeah. I phoned a friend and he says 54-56. Is that closer to right?
you could probably get away with up to 58... i think 54-58 is probably your extremes of comfort. i have a couple old frames that you could have for super cheap that i could probably put some parts onto... i'm talking like $50
Not to hijack but, @mark I'm looking for a frame and fork too to replace my rusted previous fixed gear frame. I would have to look at the 54's so whatcha got?
Mark, I'll hit you up this evening.
i have lots of 54-56ish frames, i'd love to get rid of at least one and maybe two. you can pm me or call me 412*296*67oo
Long day, but PM sent!
